Modular homes in Georgia are stick built homes constructed in a controlled, safe factory environment to UBC regulations. These are the same regulations as traditional site built construction.
We offer a wide variety of floor plans and elevations to choose from. Regular features include six/twelve pitch of the roof, nine foot flat & coffered ceilings, cabinets that are made of hardwood, upgraded appliances & your choice of floor coverings. You can choose optional fire resistant tile roofs. Stucco walls are available on most models we build.
Our houses are made to meet and exceed all Georgia requirements for energy efficiency including Low E windows, two x six walls with R-19 insulation. These features result in better utility bills & higher resale home value. All houses are given a 1-year factory warranty & 10-year contractor ’s warranty.
