The sector which till only a couple of years back belonged to heavy, single use wood furniture is now flooded with sleek, ready to move-in, multi-purpose stylish options with people rooting for such items.
The reason besides the demands of a changing lifestyle, excess cash in hand and the space constriction in houses is also the high style and convenience quotient. However, the biggest draw is the affordability and easy maintenance.
Not only are these furniture priced between Rs 4,000 and Rs 30,000 but also, says Sweta Sharma of Maple furniture, a two-bedroom apartment can be furnished completely in little over Rs 50,000 with colours that complement the customers choices and home.
87 players will line up at the Peninsula Country Golf Club on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula tomorrow to contest the Final Stage of PGA Tour of Australasia Qualifying School for 2006.The event to be held over four rounds from Tuesday to Friday will see the top 35 players and ties earn playing privileges on the Australasian Tour for 2007.Players from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, England, the USA and Korea will play at Tour school this year. In June, Miami resident Jim Fulford inherited a canal-front stilt home on Conch Key after the death of his brother, a commercial fisherman who worked out of the property.Fulford decided to make the home his family's weekend retreat, as he said he enjoyed the beautiful area and apparent safety afforded on the small island between Duck and Long keys.“I pulled down the street on Conch Key and the first thing I saw was the fire station," said Fulford, referring to Monroe County fire station that stands near U.S. 1 and only a few hundred yards from his home.
